Cellulosic, a company that manufactures products for furniture, made headlines earlier this year when they announced their new carpet cleaner.
Cellulosine, a polysaccharide found in a wide variety of plants, is a highly effective carpet cleaner that can be added to carpet to remove dirt and grime, and is an effective source of CO2 emissions, as well.
While there’s no specific rule to limit the amount of cellulose that can go into carpet cleaning products, companies like Cellulosity have come up with a rule for their product that allows for up to 5% of the product to be recycled.
When asked by a TechCrunch reporter how they chose to recycle their product, Cellulosa’s marketing manager, Matthew Stiles, said, “When it comes to making products that are environmentally friendly, cellulose is a great ingredient.”
The company has also released a video that explains the process of how to use the product.
As for the amount they will allow for the product, Stiles said, they are not aware of any limits on the amount that can possibly be recycled or composted.
The company also offers a video on their website that explains how to create their own recycled carpet cleaning product.
