I can’t help but feel a little guilty about all the acne I’ve caused in my life.

I will say that when I see myself in a mirror, I find it so refreshing to be able to see myself.

It reminds me that I am beautiful and I am worthy of love and respect.

I think it´s also important for me to have confidence in myself.

If my skin has been damaged by acne, it has a chance of causing problems in my body.
